About us
We are a social club for mature and experienced motorcycle riders and enthusiasts.
The Tauranga Branch has approximately 150 local members with more joining all the time. We meet every week on Sundays from about 9.15am onwards at the Columbus Cafe at Bethlehem Town Centre with an organised group ride departing from there at approx. 10am. Some come for the ride while others just for a catch up with friends in the club for a coffee.
Monthly club nights are held at the Tauranga Citizens Club 13th Ave. Upstairs in the Restaurant at 7.30pm every 3rd Tuesday of the month except December and January.
Visitors are more than welcome to come along to both locations. Just turn up and introduce yourself.

About The Ulysses Club NZ
The Ulysses Club of NZ Inc. for older motorcyclists – one of the largest organisations of its kind in New Zealand – is now a familiar part of this country’s riding scene. All of our branches hold regular rides and social get togethers, for more information on events in your region go to the Branches page and either click on the link to your local branch website, or email or telephone the branch contact for more information. Usually they will be able to provide you with a runs list so you can go along.
You will find we are a friendly bunch and while we are a club for motorcyclists over 40, the emphasis is more on the social side of motorcycling. Spouses and partners are encouraged to take part in our events.
